Privacy Notice
Draft dated August 29, 2026 · Must be completed before publication
Current prototype
The local preview does not transmit or retain personal information entered into the welcome concierge, demonstration contact, registration, planner, partner, or other forms. A completion preference may be held temporarily in the browser session so the welcome concierge is not shown repeatedly; it is removed when the session ends.
Information the future website may collect
When live services are connected, PaversUSA may collect a visitor type, person or company name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, project interest, permission to respond, coupon delivery preference and fulfillment status, separate SMS and email marketing choices, contact and consent timestamps, project location, product interests, messages, account information, communication preferences, and standard technical data such as browser, device, IP address, and page activity.
Communications and marketing choices
Coupon delivery and permission to respond are separate from optional marketing enrollment. Choosing I'm just exploring does not submit personal information. Visitors may enter the website without agreeing to promotional text messages or email. Any live marketing program must state its frequency and terms, provide clear opt-out methods, record the consent language and time, and honor revocations and suppression requests.
How information may be used
- Respond to product, availability, technical, delivery, and account questions.
- Provide requested communications and support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Meet legal, recordkeeping, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Sharing and service providers
The completed notice must identify categories of service providers used for hosting, forms, messaging, account services, analytics, security, and customer support. PaversUSA should not describe personal information as sold unless reviewed against actual practices and applicable law.
Retention and choices
Retention periods, access and deletion processes, marketing opt-out methods, state privacy rights, and appeal processes must be added after the live systems and legal requirements are confirmed.
